It's easy to forget that liquids have calories, too. Sodas, teas, and juices often are loaded with sugar - and offer little nutritious value for the amount of calories. Try substituting these drinks with non-caloric ones, such as water. Add a slice of lemon or lime to give it some pizzazz. Other options are unsweetened tea, or if you don't have objections to artificial sweeteners, diet soda or other calorie reduced drinks such as Crystal Light.
